Alex just makes my heart smile!

The day after the Woman's retreat a woman who had been there and I had talked to came up and gave me a CD. A "Christian" CD. She insisted I take it. She explained she had been listening to it the night before and thought of me. Especially the first song she said. I was so deeply touched. I mean we were acquaintances and all but... It was VERY unexpected!

Well needless to say I have been listening to this song a lot in the car. I LOVE the first song "I Worship You". The song just really touches me. I usually turn it up and sing along.

Well this morning I get in the car with Alex and of course turn it up. Suddenly, I realize he's singing right along with me! He KNEW the lyrics!!!! I grinned to myself but acted like I didn't notice... He went through the entire song just signing away! My sweet little 2 year old was in the back seat just worshipping right along with me. I LOVED it.. I kinda looked up.. And asked God, are you catching this? Do you see this? Is it not amazing?

So the song ends... And I start clapping! He gets all excited and says AGAIN Mama Again... As I put my hand down to hit the button to play it again he says Jesus loves you. I quickly looked back and said what baby? And he repeats Jesus loves me! I nearly came out of my seat. I realized when ever I listen to that song at the end I always tell him. Jesus Loves you....
HE'S LISTENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sweet little 2 year old hears it all..... Tears rolling down my cheeks, I said yes baby, Jesus DOES Love you. He LOVES listening to you sing his praises. With that my son started the song again!
