Just Another Manic Monday....

Ahh.. it's Monday again! WHERE did the weekend go? Sigh... I HATE Monday's. They always make me feel like the week is going to be so long. I'm already looking forward to Tuesday. Today is a day of catch up. I have to pay bills, LOADS of laundry and cleaning. Ahh the joys of being a stay at home Mom. LOL....

We had a gorgeous day here on Saturday. We spent our Morning at the park and our afternoon in the yard. We finally got the back hill cleared and it looks great. Rick dug up stumps and I pulled huge honeysuckle branches out of the tree's. It was actually pretty fun. We got a lot done.

We watched 2 movies this weekend. The first was Mr. 3000 with Bernie Mac. It was a very light movie but pretty funny. It had some great one liners. I highly suggest it if you like baseball, comedy and want something not too deep! The second movie we watched was First Daughter with Katie Holmes. Rick thought this movie was stupid. It was cute in a cheesy Girly kind of way! LOL. It had a twist I wasn't expecting, and it was slightly funny. But mostly just a feel good movie! I suggest Both!!!! Ohh.. and for the kids.. Alex rented Elmopalooza At Hollywood Video it's a FREE rental! LOVE THAT! The singing and dancing is great and Alex loved it!

Yesterday we drove around searching for a house for Rick's parents to buy! It's fun shopping but hard when it's not for you. We found an incredible house BUT.. it wouldn't work for them. So we are searching!! We shall see what will happen.

Off to my chores!
